The location was convenient and it was nice to have a mall nearby. the swimming pool was okay, but the best part was the view. It was great being able to see the sea from the hotel.
The hotel staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. the room was poorly designed and not comfortable.

The Rinra in Makassar is truly outstanding. The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Their smiles were unforgettable. The initial issue with our room was quickly resolved by the receptionist, who even offered us a free dinner as compensation. The hotel is conveniently located near Trans Studio Mall, making it a perfect choice. The check-in and check-out process was fast, and the staff was informative. The room was clean, and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. The premier room featured a spacious balcony with a stunning view of the bar and pool on the third floor. The infinity pool was simply wonderful. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious. it is a fantastic choice for a family getaway.
All was perfect.

Great hotel for a city trip, located just a few minutes away from the shopping district. The breakfast always included an array of delicious Indonesian foods to try. The pool area was a major highlight of the hotel, with a stunning view of the city skyline.
The walls were quite thin and there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway and surrounding rooms. It was hard to get a good night's rest.

The breakfast spread is superb, with a lot of variety to choose from. Good Staying at this hotel was an exquisite experience. the luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations, especially the private facilities such as a spa and sauna. the staff was attentive and fulfilled all my needs. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered an exclusive atmosphere with a varied menu of exquisite international cuisine.
the breakfast buffet had limited options, and there was no healthy selection available.
